Whats your key to success...

I gave up long ago. I'm fine now with reruns of Gilligan's Island and beer.

Also, one more important lesson: never be afraid to let other people fuck up and suffer the consequences for their fuck-ups. Even people you like; they’re not your friends, they’re your coworkers, and the minute they know you’ll fix their mistakes and let them take credit for your work, that’s all you’ll ever be doing. Emails, cc’ing and bcc’ing things, and documenting in-person meetings are very important tools. I’m a big fan of sending emails that begin with “Just so I’m sure we’re all on the same page after our phone call ...” and end with “Let me know if there’s anything important I left out.”

Set goals and never have a plan B,it assumes failure and takes away effort than can be used to achieve those goals.
A learning curve,improve and refine.
Never get jealous of others it is a waste, better to learn from others instead.
