I can't remember the last time I was lonely. And I spend most of my time alone.
I think loneliness is one of those things we choose to feel. So maybe you can choose to not be lonely? Sometimes it's as simple as not letting the word enter in to your mind. (Getting your heart rate up helps EVERYTHING).
