You get used to it. My father was born in Scotland so he had one of those but he worked hard to get rid of it.

California. Lived in the UK for a year many moons ago. There are some Glaswegian accents I absolutely could not understand. :-)

I think I've heard that before and if memory serves me, you're right , totally not understandable.
