What’s the word

When you’re not necessarily sad but you don’t feel anything. You’re not happy either. I guess empty?

Unfortunately I think depression doesn't always manifest itself as sadness. It can involve numbness, rage and lethargy too. Dissociation might be the term you're looking for, for numbness.
