(Better post) why is alpha male ok, but alpha female not?
Why do men get bent out of shape over alpha women? But alpha male is ok?

Not all men feel that way. The ones who get bent out of shape over it were raised in an environment where the woman was subservient to the man. When those men meet strong women, they feel threatened.
