I'm hard on myself, but I'm aware of it.😔When I start with that negative talk I just say STOP...and it goes away so I can count all the reasons I have to be grateful.😌Then I'm at peace again.☮️🥀🕊️ Oh! I had to edit this to add on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say I'm about a 7...I'm still working on it!😉
