My dad was a great guy. The community loved him.
Mom was quiet. Loved but not really known by many.
I was thinking about your exact question the other day. I constantly have discussions in my head with my deceased mom.
I don’t think about my dad as much. I might remember a situation or a time he was funny... but I remember dad daily.

Mine are too evil to die, they gonna outlive us all!

My Dad died 40 years ago, I do think of him now and again, I was only a child but have lots of memories, he’s kinda always in the background of my thoughts 😌

@SW-User he was a great Dad, only 38 when he died 😞

SW-User
@SW-User Was still a very young man. You mind me asking what happened?

SW-User
@SW-User not at all, he wasn’t feeling well for a while, pains in his chest etc, went to the doctors a few times but they didn’t take him seriously because of his age, said he was young and healthy, had heartburn, just fobbed him off basically.
Months passed, he lost a lot of weight very quick, couldn’t eat and they had to take him in to investigate, opened him up, he had cancer of the gullet, he was very poorly after the operation, was put on life support and got pneumonia, he was too weak to fight it. Sadly.

Any thoughts of my rotten dad is too many thoughts. Don't think of my mom as much as I should maybe but she was a mess her whole life living with that freak. Not around her much as adult.
