I would have given her no tip with that attitude.

I did have a waiter that kept ignoring me & my mom, to the point the seating hostess was checking up on us, which was really nice of her considering that's not her job at all. My mom made it a point to give the tip to the hostess so the other guy wouldn't get the tip. The only thing he did was take our order he never bothered to bring us drinks or even our food, i knew he didn't want to serve us since he had no problem doing his job with the other tables.

I would have written all that on a paper napkin and handed it to the manager with the words, "I won't be back and I'll tell my friends."

On another napkin, I'd leave another note, "I never tip for rudeness. The manager has been informed."

I had a waitress at a burger place i loved to frequent often have the gaul to put the hostess book back on my table after i left her the time i was leaving for her rude behavior and total inattention to my table, and so i took a further 2 dollars out of her book, that was very rude.

Oh just remembered another incident. After we gave the waitress her tip, which was 15% of the bill, we hadn't left the table yet & she made it real obvious she didn't like the tip amount, she basically huffed & rolled her eyes. My mom said "with that attitude might as well get the tip back if it wasn't up to her standards." Lol
