My partner's parents need to understand that they better get used to me because I'm not going anywhere.
I know they don't like me but it's their loss. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

Stand your ground, pretty soon they will be whispering in your partners ear trying to get something started, I think your partner should be aware enough to ignore them
