Why do most leaders or bosses tend to have poor people skills

That is true. They tend to have no people skills. Management doesn't really do much. The first job of management is to protect their job. That takes up most of their time. Probably for the best because they would just get in the way if they actually tried to do anything.

@JovialPlutonian if most management was fired there would be a lot more money to pay actual workers a livable wage and the world be a better place. They wouldn't be missed. Except by the bozos on top who need constant ass-kissing.
