This may be an odd question but does anyone when they wake up feel that life is not real or strange?

I don't know I get that weird feeling when I wake up, but am I the only one?

Seems to be lots of us with similar experiences so no need to be concerned.My dreams can be vivid but then after I dont remember then too well
