I don't really know if life as a whole is worth living, but it's worth living to the next day in the interest of figuring out whether it'll be worth living then, which is effectively the same I guess.

Yes! My sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer and fought for her life. She was 29. She had hopes and dreams that never came to fruition. She appreciated many of the things in daily life that she took for granted prior to her diagnosis. Each day was a gift in her eyes. Her life made the world a better, kinder place. Her life was definitely a life that was worth having been lived.

Not always. We like to entertain this fairy tale notion that there is a happily ever after, but that's seldom ever true. Some people struggle their whole lives and die with nothing but fragmented memories.
