Can good sex cure insomnia?

Usually when I tell some guys I have sleeping problems they always say I am in need of some good sex that's why 😳

can't say exactly but by my own exp i feel sex give a good sleep if you are really in a situation to get sleep (so many time I felt sleepy but they did not let me sleep )
