By getting to know them over time in the main forum. That's what I typically do anyway.

No one that I can see accused EVERY male does this, but there are some that do and that isn't okay. The ones that don't are irrelevant in this situation. (not that they are irrelevant in general, just in this situation. They are actually far more important in general)
