How do I grow confidence to ask out guys?
I’m so incredibly shy and independent. It’s just hard for me to feel confident about what to say etc.

Just ask them if they want to hang out sometime, especially if you're already friends. Like, suggest meeting up for lunch, or coffee, with no pressure for anything else, and you even pay for yours.
