I lost two pounds.

Many many to go.Im doing my fitness pal.Tracks calories and fitness.i put on 30 pounds since Dec after quiting smoking.

It's a start and you've done well to quit smoking. I do smoke and struggle with my weight, but the best thing is to either drink water before dinner or have lots of raw vegetables as a starter. You eat less then.
