Do you give people a bit of extra space when they're heavily masked up, like more than 2 metres?

I tend to think might be scared of people's germs, and they might be immune compromised, so I do.

This is not about being judgmental. It's about being considerate.

Wearing a mask is required. Making judgements of people based on the fact they are wearing. a mask is pretty pointless.

I wear a mask because it is required, it adds an extra precautionary measure for me and those around me. I still stay 6ft distance ...it doesn't mean I am extra scared.

In my city the masks are optional unless a person works in healthcare. For people with chronic breathing problems, our government has advised us not to wear masks if they make us feel faint. So we have face shields and work barriers as additional options.
