The numbers represent the systolic pressure (maximum pressure from heartbeats) and diastolic pressure (pressure in arteries between beats). A systolic pressure below 90, and diastolic pressure below 60 is considered low blood pressure.
Your systolic pressure is fine, the diastolic a bit on the low side, but not dangerously so.
My own blood pressure tends to run in the 130s for systolic and in the 80s for diastolic while on medication for high blood pressure, which is borderline high (it would be even higher without medication).
