Make changes. Do somethings differently or not at all. Keep making changes all the time. Somedays things work or they feel out of place. Make no stink about it, just accept and see what you may do the next day a little different.

Caffeine helps me a bit. But there is no replacement for proper meds. Catch yourself before you fall in a darker place. 😰
