LOL good question but I'd say, in a world with no corruption it wouldn't matter.. they'd all be fine! I do see your point that we would assume that a monarch would be more into protecting the whole populace.. tho it hasn't always proven to be the case.
We have a queen, she's ok.. but then again she doesn't actually have ANY power beyond her words.. many people don't understand that

@Adaydreambeliever mmh i think its kinda unfair, if a king or president does something for the greater good of all his people even if rich or majority doesn't see it he can still do it. but a democracy cna destroy itself by sheer stupidity!

@popmol okies well you are entitled to your opinion on this.. but.. we rarely see democracies destroy themselves whereas we have seen kings/queens make disastrous choices which have adversely affected their populations..

@Adaydreambeliever thats true xD but like i said this idea is only in a perfect world with no corruption xD in any other case i gladly have a democracy :)

A constitutional republic with no corruption would mean no one would "rule" just hold the reigns of governmental power temporarily.
Monarchy's have proven themselves a failure as hereditary positions always end up with some incompetent in charge and only violence to resort to.

Seen all and have read all but what I have learn is the human element. No thing suits us perfectly. Some of us will always rebel against it, sooner or later. Some will start to abuse the laws any way. I just want peace and normal daily life for every body

Here in the US, we have one. The self-appointed "Chosen one"; King Donald Jerkoff Trump.
