I have no excuses, I'm just lazy. I slept in hard too today. I haven't gained a lot but I might be puffing up a bit from this bored eating.

@BlueVeins I'm watching my throat, I'm guessing hay fever but I was damn not feeling good last night. Was up 3 am. I might just do the treadmill tonight and go easy.
