I agree with your answer but after reading your definition I’m confused. How come when a man looks at a young woman wearing a cute or sexy outfit he is called a pervert? Isn’t it normal to look at beautiful scenery? I am saying look not stare with mouth open type of look. Just curious. @SW-User

@Repete it's not my definition, it's the dictionary's. And you assume I think it makes them a pervert just by looking at a woman. Perversion goes both ways. But, merely looking OR wearing specific clothing does not a pervert make.
