Is the story about a nerdy kid killing a bully with his thighs true?

it supposedly happened in michigan im just wondering if it happened how i read it the nerd wrapped his legs around the bullys neck and after 5 minutes he suffocated to death because the nerd wouldnt let go. the nerd was 14 at the time i think and got sent to a mental hospital for a couple yrs.
