I hate having a heavy period
It ruins all my sheets. Ruins my underwear and I'm tired of it ruining my PJ pants. It just leaks out everywhere when I'm sleeping and I'm tired of it

well why not try gettin some of those High leak pantie liners and see if that absorbs enough or look into something like a depends thing to sleep in...
