What do baby birds eat?
I’m at my sisters and she has this wee baby bird and they sound hungry! I wanna give them some well cooked ground beef maybe some bread for breakfast? Will it hurt their tummies? If so I shan’t!

@Mcduck8982 of there's no mama bird urbgonna have to grind up stuff like meat or fruit or wjat ever. Maybe add a little water - make it as smooth or as small a bits as possible. Use tweezers. Or a syringe to feed them.
Also - make it body temperature.

@OogieBoogie they ar win a bird house theirs lots of different birds and feeders so I’m wonder why they are so hungry! I did chase a dick of a wood pecker away yesterday morn! Tried to snatch a baby bird but not on my watch! Looks like my SMOKING SAVED A LIFE GRAMMA! Haha but for real I’ll see if I can’t get a pic of them to show you if you don’t mind! Don’t want my sister having skinny ol crack head birds! My house has been jury rigged for birds! My birds love me! They are pigeons usually so i gives them some seed or worms!

@Mcduck8982 yep - a photo would help - but I know mostly aussie birds.
Maybe make another post with tje photo, and ask if people know what bird they are - better chance of success I think 🤔
