Do any of you add protein powder to your smoothies?

Does it help curb your appetite or make you fuller? I am trying to lose about 8 pounds

@JaneCas put it in your smoothie or soup...you can take it by itself. It tells your brain you have plenty of fats on board and keeps you from being hungry...on a low carb diet
