Have you noticed people getting irritable?

Are your family and friends getting touchy about things that don't normally seem to bother them?

I’m on my own, and I’m not more irritable, but do feel like I want to break down and cry. I just finished an intense workout, and I just wanted to cry at the end. I think it’s the high stress of this virus is making any more exertion on my energy just too much. I wish I could cry. It would be like a release valve.

@Carissimi Has there been any improvement with your access to groceries? Are you doing OK overall? Aside from the added stress of the bug?

Thanks for asking,@JimminyChristmas. I am juggling several grocery stores with pick ups, and deliveries. I try to manage with pick ups because deliveries have become very expensive. Not that they don’t deserve the extra money, but it’s become too expensive for me. One of the employees at my favorite store became infected. I’m now terrified to go in the stores myself.

@Carissimi I was thinking of you today, and wondering how you were holding up.

Thanks, @SmartKat. I’m doing better tonight. This thing is a roller coaster trying to calm my anxiety and isolation. I think what helped tonight is I ate more carbohydrates...sprouted grain bread with low sugar jam. It made me feel better. I think I need more carbs. They seem to affect my blood chemistry and give me a sense of calm and comfort.
