It's tricky at the moment.
I have just decided to make up small one or two meal bags and when I see someone, I'll set it on the ground for them.
I just took Chloe to the mostly deserted park - I wasn't within 100 yards of anyone.
But in several places I saw someone had draped tarps and trash bags and sleeping bags over a picnic table and made a tent.

@Mamapolo2016 so sad and scary.
In the UK hotels that are closed down are being requisitioned by councils to get homeless into so they can successfully social distance etc.
Bizarrely we may actually (temporarily) eradicate homelessness in the UK through this crisis.

@SW-User So far my state has less than 800 cases total - our governor moved quickly to slow the spread.
But if nobody is hiring and traffic has all but stopped...who can you even beg from?
