Is your neighborhood going downhill?

Mine has been declining which is a shame. I've lived here for many years and it used to be super nice. Now we have a ton of scuzzy hillbilly types moving in from rougher areas around my city and they're ruining everything.

Crime rate has been going up and the stuff that's happening is all too close to my place. I guess I'll have to start looking into moving.
