Am I being sensitive about this?

My father is in a care home.
The care manager said I could call and speak to her.
But I called the care home and ended up speaking to someone else.

I waited 5 hours for someone to not call me back when I tried several times I was fobbed off with, "this is feeding time, this is bed time, we don't know how to do it and he can't speak so how do you expect him to be able to speak to you?"

I also told them who I am and despite telling them they keep saying "oh is this kerry?" my dads other child.
But i just told them my name is lily! And go there regularly!
They keep doing this to me, I feel to offend me.

I sent an email to the manager as I'm Finding this all very insulting and obstructive.

No you’re not. They are being completely insensitive.

@Danez I'm at a loss and feel that I am the only person that cares my other family members don't even bother. My mum says she will try to call doesn't even bother and if I include my uncle in the communication about this I don't think he does a thing. Personally I don't think anyone cares.

I'm really annoyed with all this
