Do you ever hear yourself breathing while almost sleeping or sleeping?

I have been recently hearing myself breath while sleeping like hearing the whisp of the sound I make while breathing and sometimes wake up catching my breath. Is this normal or weird? I want to know if someone else does this?

I never notice my breath when I'm almost asleep lol. But sometimes I get lucid dreams before going fully asleep.

You were probably going into astral projection ....and woke up. It depends whether you freaked out and woke up...or you really have some medical problems.

@MsFugger I am having and MRI done tomorrow actually because I have been having double vision that appeared out of nowhere last year and I ask doctors why and they said it happened but I don't think a person should just get sudden onset vision
