Look at others who are worse off than you .... if u can, help them.

@lilangel It isn't to make you feel better but give you a better perspective and purpose rather than sink in your own abyss

@lilangel It can take your mind off yourself, and/or change your mind about feeling sorry for yourself, you need not fear being conceited and egotistical for doing so, it is to gain perspective.

1)By having friends and family to support you.
2)Don't over analyse and look for problems that were never there.
3)Understanding that you cannot change the past but you can decide your future.

There is an awesome inspirational upload on YouTube by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Its funny and uplifting and he tells us how he succeeds and how we can.Trust me and check it out.[media=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_ktRTWMX3M]

I recommend chatting with someone who really feels you and understands you. 😷 Helped me out so much man!

You can't because it most cases it so true and valid , you have a right to feel sorry for yourself.

But eventually you have to accept that what happened has happened and learn to pick yourself up then move on.

Forgive yourself. You can't always beat yourself up over things. Just keep trying to make better changes. I've learned things the hard way in life.

Offload the things that are on your mind, let someone help you get some perspective, then have a good sleep and wake up with renewed intent to push on.
