I try to play a video game that I enjoy. Beats sitting around and sulking. That just makes it worse.
rickfreeman15 · 22-25, M
@Helganvisari25 tried that, played twice but didn't feel any better. Oh well

Try some sleep. Praying might be a good idea. If there is a hobby that you enjoy, partake in it.

Ah, I see this is a plea for help, not a general Q. So, seriously, consider a walk out in the countryside, a warm indulgent bath, listening to something funny (eg. Mock the Week in the UK), and get a "Cheer up" playlist on YouTube, MP3 or Spotify. Don't listen to Leonard Cohen though 🥴

When it comes to needing 'comfort', feed the senses !

Create something.
Cook your favourite food.
Put on some great music.

@Picklebobble2 last night I watched a few hours of Prince live and I forgot why I was sad. Felt great all day today and suddenly this heavy feeling cones outta nowhere. Not sure if the same thing will work twice, lol.

@rickfreeman15 Lot of negativity around at the moment. I think we're all getting it from all angles !

But don't sit with it. Try and keep yourself busy doing stuff you like 😀

Breathe, and remind myself that things ebb and flow. Peace will come back again.

I whistle a happy tune and hold my head erect. Always works wonders.
Play loud rock music.

Oh I don’t do this as much as I should, but exercise and get a good nights sleep. Your mind is part of your body so a healthy body is important

Depends.. whatever I feel like doing is the right thing to do
