Reasons to be disliked?

Moaning
Not handling your business
Having an opinion, that differs to others
Independence
Appearing financially well off and not helping others... You must donate to charity and announce it to keep people off your back
Not being interested in someone that clearly wants you to be interested in them
Being comfortable on your own
Not sharing the secret formula to your wealth (even if you just worked hard-there must be something you're hiding)
Not being completely selfless and always stretching yourself thin to be everything and anything to others
Not caring what others think of you
Not keeping up with the Jones'
Not letting people take advantage of you
Seeing the meaning behind behaviour patterns and either showing compassion and understanding or refusing to take the bull especially if you let them know you know why they behave that way - honest conversation
Blocking a person when you've had enough of their shit!
Appearing to be all these things then asking for help....!
