This is a thing with me i seem to wonder about an on-track mindset.
So thing is with me is that it's hard to look or just think beyond of something that maybe is asked of me or that I have to do...its just hard. An example that I'd like to give would be maybe your job/task is to put all these boxes and stack them nicely, but let's say you finish that...then What do you do next? Obviously you would ask about it maybe, but what im referring to is people who do what they're asked and move on to the next thing naturally and or know what direction they're going to take themselves...when I feel like it's hard to do so myself and hard to just naturally redirct my attention/work to something else without being told if that's what I should be doing...
Maybe I'm just overthinking stuff, but with this I feel the next step or basically thinking what comes next makes me anxious or scarred...in a way....and perhaps I just need to learn more and get out of this hole which is my mind...😶
