Don't sleep-walk your way through life. Our choices determine our outcome.

We must exercise intentional self-care. If [i]we[/i] don't, someone else [u]will[/u], and we won't like it!

I don't know about you, but I like things kept personal, not into my business by a care-giver or health provider. Now is the time to make sure that doesn't happen to you...not 10 years down the road. Make a plan and stick with it.

I believe we should embrace the wisdom of living in the moment...being the best we can be. Release yourself from the past, so you can live out your future. Define yourself. Affirm to yourself that you indeed, are worthy, and never give up on yourself. There's only one you. Celebrate that fact and embrace it with gratitude. Believe and achieve. [i]That[/i]...we can do!

@SW-User They only feed off the power you give them. Listen and believe in the wolf inside you. Let him take charge and run the others off. Reclaim your power.

@LadyGrace I listen to the light inside me that exposes these demons. Truly its a spiritual warfare of the hearts and minds. Their vessels/humans they have infested have hearts with which they do not understand, eyes with which they do not see and ears with which they do not hear. Thus easily explains the affair of the world and hatred of humanity. The role of man and woman at odds against each other subtly divided and conquering human souls

@SW-User Even better! Yes, I'm glad you recognize that it is spiritual warfare. Yet it takes our will to exercise and resist these negative forces, then lean to the Light that drives out the dark and conquers evil. Therefore, we must [i]address it [/i]spiritually. "Greater is He (Jesus) that is in me, than he (Satan) that is in the world." Nothing and no one, is greater nor mightier, than He. He is a light unto our feet, and a lamp to our path.
