Don't know what to do anymore, I don't care to fix the problem because it's always going to go back to this, I think I'm better off dead then alive sometimes

Many of us go through that. Easier said than done but best if we just not ruminate about it and just allow everything to be. I tell myself everything has an expiration date even pain.
