Would you be angry if a store employee followed you outside to take a closeup photo of you and your car and license plate?

Ive gone to this spa biweekly for about one year and have always paid promptly including generous tip. This time I forgot my wallet and I quickly explained everything. I gave the manager my phone number and apologized. I explained that I would return within 15 min. She asked me to leave my cellphone with her which I declined to do. She reluctantly approved me to leave and said please return. And once I got in my car the paparazzi employee ran out snapping every photo that they could from every angle. When I came back within about 10 minutes to pay I told her that I would not be back again because that behavior was rude. She said sorry and literally ran away after swiping my card.

Of course. Very angry, but not necessarily surprised. On the other hand, if you’ve been a regular customer, a letter, phone call or email to whomever is making money from this spa, explaining to them exactly why they’re losing a good customer, wouldn’t be amiss.
You might also check if they’re listed in Yelp. You were treated outrageously and others should know about it.
