Change can be good but stability is so important

So i went Az. For a week to look at a new studio to work at. It was nice and i do have some thinking to do. Its hard to pick up and start over. Im open to change but its not just me to consider. I dont know that taking bubba so far from family is a good idea. Instead of spending days with his uncle and grandparents he will stuck in a daycare. I will not have the support system that i have at this moment and i feel that bubba should have every opportunity to feel the love of his family. The pay will be about the same so the only thing pushing me to go is the change....adulting suck
