[center]let it go, for a bunch of people who sit here and post the most random shit they can think of, they dont know what a non-serious post looks like, holding grudges won't get you anything in life, reflecting your negative characteristics on people is a just as bad as insulting people to, I OWE NO ONE AN APOLOGY, don't expect one from me the only thing some of you ass hats are entitled too is your opinion and even then that opinion, please if you're offended DO what NORMAL people do and JUST BLOCK or IGNORE it. True trauma isn't typically something one can just 'let go' of.

@SnoopDawg of course, but it isn't that simple. Just because someone actively seek help, it doesn't mean they will be instantly better.

@Starcrossed correct, i gave myself sometime and I'm completely calm, voided of the negativity that was plaguing me, with time comes results.

Or like my grandmother always tells me "time heals all"
