I feel really bad about this but I convinced a woman I was psychic.
She was asking for advice from a psychic and I guess I was just bored and wanted to teach her a lesson about the "paranormal."
It took all of about five minutes through the clues she left to access her Facebook page. From there I just kept dropping little bombs that increasingly blew her mind.
My goal was to show her that psychics are bullshit but when she started asking really heartfelt questions I didn't have the guts. I tried to make her feel better with some "good psychic news" and then I got out.
I think I'm better suited at delivering facts to the Trump believers.

Ignorance is bliss eh?

@Fangirlsarah1996: I guess that's one way of looking at it.

@Ynotisay: Like the Santa stuff...kids are happier some jolly man gives them what they want for Christmas etc.

@Fangirlsarah1996: True. But it brings some joy to parents as well. And I think that learning Santa isn't real is sort of a rite of passage. Only "kids" believe in Santa.
But the psychic believers? I think the ramifications are a little broader. (I sort of think the same about the religious but that's my own trip).
