Hmm... I was bored one day and though I would like to have coffee with someone. You know, actual coffee. So i agreed to meet a stranger from the internet. I mean, why not? Its not like I'm going anywhere with them.
Nice fellow I suppose. For the sake of being nice. And even though I made if crystal clear, this was for actual drinkable coffee, like many others, he of course assumed it meant he was getting sex.
After a disappointing conversation in a Starbucks he walked me out to my car where he had also parked his Motorcycle and proceeded to pull out a gun to show to me. Really, like he was trying to impress me. Now he didn't threaten me but wanted to know if I wanted to go shooting with him.... and it got really awkward. So I left.

Excuse me, drinking coffee means "sex later""? I must be living in a parallel universe.

@Puklusiana: lol... it would seem that if you agree to meet anyone for coffee, in my experiences, it means your hooking up. and seemingly regardless of your insisting thats not going to happen.
Someone I considered an exceptionally good friend was traveling through my town on business once. He wanted to go hang out..and as it turns out, thought we were hooking up for sex too. We never talked about sex. implied anything sexual. We were just great friends. Broke my heart.

@booboo: He was ... just stupid I think.
And seriously, who brings a gun to meet a stranger without intent of doing something dastardly evil.
