Uh sure! You know a bunch about me already so let's see whatcha got.

@Stark Vegetarian lasagna.
I'm too lazy to take a picture but it looks like a lasagna, promise. lol.
Recipe off of the top of my head.
- Slice up eggplant, zucchini, and portobello mushrooms on a mandolin.
- Salt, oil, roast until tender (gets the water out)
- Fry up onion, garlic, carrot, celery in olive oil. Deglaze with vegetable stock and some milk and pour in a can of tomatoes and cook until the sauce is tasty. Season with salt/pepper/balsamic vinegar.
- Mix a tub of ricotta with an egg and herbs and feta.
- Layer sauce, vegetables, ricotta, shredded mozza, noodles and repeat. Cover the top with noodles and sauce to get crispy bits.
- Bake at 350 for around an hour.

@CountScrofula cool, a friend of mine always eats this. I鈥檝e never had it before though.

@Stark It's pretty tasty, although the eggplant had the wrong texture so gotta rethink that part.
