When you dream do you always seem to be someone else?

@SW-User you are you, but if you look at yourself, do you physically appear to have a different body? I always seem to be more athletic and taller, maybe a bit more confident.

I don't see myself in my dreams. They're POV style. However sometimes I am my younger self in those dreams
