How often do you open your windows in the winter?

I've become super lazy this year and didn't open the windows weeks on end, because it's so frickin cold! But I've had horrible reoccurring colds and I think it's the lack of fresh air circulating in the place! anyway I'm not home all day, so I promised to open the windows every evening but is 30 mins enough?
