I have a cheating question?

No, not that kind of cheating....We have a chess game at work and two coworkers have been played several games against each other. All the games have been won by the same person. Thing is, the person that won has been using a program that calculates each move in the game to win.

How should I secretly let the other person know they are / may be cheating? Small company and the cheater is the VP.

I say let the cheater continue to cheat. Trust karma to serve him justice. Sleep well.

@SimplyTracie Not sure I can let her get away with it. Plus she is a friend of my wife...to complicate things.

@Jimmy2016 Why would you get involved in petty stuff.
I’m curious, how did you find out that she’s cheating?

@SimplyTracie She was sitting in a lounging area with her laptop and I saw her on a website with a chess game displayed on her screen.

@Jimmy2016 And that means she is cheating? Maybe she was playing online with someone else.

@SimplyTracie I saw her a couple of other times too. I can't be 100% sure but I know her and would not put it past her. She got a couple of coworkers fired and one person that got fired said she made a big mistake with a client account and then told our CEO that it was this persons fault and they fired her. She also asked me to lie to the CEO about something to cover her ass in case our CEO asked about it. Of course I don't trust her at all.

sorry for the long reply...

@Jimmy2016 It’s not that long a reply. 🙂
For sure, if you’re not 100% positive she cheated - shhhh 🤐

@Jimmy2016 You’re welcome. 🙂
Another 2¢ if I may. Life is too short to work in a hostile environment.

@SimplyTracie is right, it's not your problem and you should stay out of it.

However, I feel like you could slip a note anonymously to someone, before you let it go. lol. What she's doing is messed up.
