Yes! She should be ashamed of herself (please pick this answer)
No. She is not. She has a point. I'm not GREIVING for a stranger.
So what? People die. Get over it.

Why are people so cruel and inconsiderate of the death of a love one? RIP Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. One girl told me, "I know this is going to sound cruel and wrong but people die everyday. It happenes. Celebrity families have someone that does. There is no reason for anybody to be shocked about this. It's life and we're not meant to live forever. I don't know why people are getting triggered by this. Why grieve over a stranger? I'm not sorry."
I know what she is saying is true but she doesn't have to be so insensitive. Do you agree that she is too insensitive?

I don’t think it’s a bad thing to be compassionate. I’m not a sports fan but I knew who he was and I feel sadness for the woman who lost a husband and her child and the children who lost their sibling and father. Yes people die everyday but this is a person who people know of and his death became public knowledge. If it had been a stranger and I heard it in the local news, I would feel sadness for the family left behind if that information was shared. Feeling empathy for others is a sign of humanity and that is never a bad thing.
