What is a good sleeping pill?
I seriously need to go to my doctor's to get prescription, I can't some with the insomnia. What pill is better for long term use?

@RadiantRuby I could not sleep, so got up at 2 AM.
But I have been getting a lot of sleep this weekend, and taking a lot of naps. I have not left my apartment in two days. Too cold.

@RadiantRuby I have to go back to work today (Monday was a holiday). It is supposed to "feel like" 13 F when I step out.
