That is what the cops arrest everyone for unless there is a more specific crime someone is breaking that carries a higher jail sentence then they arrest for that instead. Disorderly conduct is any conduct that can cause a breach of peace: yelling at her, swearing at her, intentionally trying to intimidate or threaten her, trying to take the alcohol away from her. If I touch her in any way shape or form it's assault/battery. It isn't worth it to confront her.
