What Would Make A Phone Do This?

Sometimes when I take a photo with my phone the photo comes out darker and other times there's like a weird green tint to the photo. It doesn't happen all the time and it only started happening recently.

@SoulAsylum: Try cleaning the flash and the lens. Don`t use rubbing alcohol.
